Through RA Consulting, Richie coaches & mentors Client Teams and supports the execution of Marketing, Sales & Distribution and Business Plans through Agile, TQM and Hoshin Kanri methodologies.
She has founded - Asar Initiative, an organization that works with the underprivileged to empower women farmers, improve their life skills, enhance capacities of dairy farmers, ameliorate income and enable them to have better standards of living.
Being implementing partners to CSR Organizations, Richie brings about women empowerment and capacity building of Dairy Farmers for their income amelioration and cattle health enhancement programmes.

Richie loves doing community work. She is a dedicated Art of Living Volunteer and is a Yoga Enthusiast. Richie is a life member at Indian Dairy Association and aspires to benefit the community by bringing more engagement and ownership among the members.
