Job Fair
The IDA (WZ) had organized Job fair during the conference where the resumes were received from 86 job seekers. However, only 71 candidates participated in the Job Fair and they appeared for the primary interviews. Initially, 20 companies had indicated that they will like to recruit the fresh graduates & post-graduates at the Job Fair, but actually 8 companies participated in the interview process.
The informations we have received indicates that 25 candidates will get the jobs out of 71 who appeared for interviews. This means 35% success rate! Besides, some companies had shown interest in recruiting Diploma holders (IDD). They have a requirement of 15 diploma holders. We have forwarded the details of the students to those companies.
IDA had organized Job Fair for the first time and it has got good response & success !
